If graded, I'd say this book is between a 2.0-3.0. Considerable wear and tear on both covers. Spine damage, spine ticks, discoloration, tears, creasing, folding and chipping present. Inside pages are good except one page is detached from bottom staple (picture included to show damage).Spine/Cover/All pages intact.
